RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it in accordance with the conditions below.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting our customer service team.

Once your return request has been approved and you have received the return instructions, the return parcel must be sent within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Returns sent after this period may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

The dispatch date shown in the parcel tracking system will serve as proof that the return was sent on time.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • be in its original condition;

  • be unused;

  • have all original tags and labels attached;

  • be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is reason to believe that the product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. A valid tracking number must be included with every return parcel.

  4. On the day the parcel is sent, the tracking number must be emailed to us.

REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed. The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being approved.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again;

  • Contact your card provider;

  • Then contact your bank.

Please note that it may take additional time for your refund to be processed.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns are handled through our international return address in China.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return parcel is delivered correctly and for keeping the tracking number.

  • Any customs duties, import charges, or other costs associated with an international return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products cannot be returned.

  • Personalised or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Products damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
